He had been a long-known suspect in the case, and publicly admitted his role in the killing in interviews ahead of his 2019 tell-all memoir, “Compton Street Legend.”
The suit was filed Friday, Sept. 29 and names the Bossier Parish registrar of voters, Stephanie Agee, and a representative of the Bossier Term Limits Coalition, David Crockett, as defendants.
The DOJ says the men participated in a scheme to defraud, which started back in 2018 and involved Raeford Farms of Louisiana, where one was working as the sales manager; the other was the assistant sales manager.
