SPRINGHILL, LA (KSLA) - Two Springhill men are behind bars on Thursday following two investigations for possession of child pornography.
- Joe F. Palmer, Jr., 54, is charged with 200 counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles and 40 counts of distribution of pornography involving juveniles.
- Bo Skywalker Roberts, 44, is charged with two counts of possession of pornography involving juveniles.
Both men have been booked into the Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center, according to a news release from Louisiana State Police.
Two separate investigations were launched involving individuals downloading and possessing child pornography in Springhill, Louisiana.
Both warrants for the men's arrest was executed by Louisiana State Police's Special Victims Unit, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Child and Family Services, Bossier Sherrif's Office, Claiborne Parish Sheriff's Office and Springhill Police Department on Wednesday.
While executing the warrants, child pornography was found on electronic devices both Roberts and Palmer's homes.
