Shreveport Police have arrested a man regarding a battery call that happened on July 28, 2018 near Wallace Avenue and Fuller Street in west Shreveport.
According to authorities, Judge Wilson, 61, had a verbal argument with a 63-year-old man. After the victim turned to walk away, he was struck in the back of his head with an unknown object.
The victim was transported to University Health Hospital, while suffering a fractured skull and injuries to his face from the alleged battery.
After the investigators' located witnesses for questioning, Wilson was then questioned and taken into custody.
Wilson is charged with one count of 2nd Degree Battery and is booked into the Shreveport City Jail.
