Coroner identifies man who died after being hit by vehicle

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - Authorities have identified the pedestrian killed in an apparent hit-and-run accident in Shreveport.

The Caddo coroner's office says he is 52-year-old Ronald. P. Bradford, of Shreveport.

Police still are trying to identify and find the driver responsible.

Bradford was found just after 3:15 a.m. July 24 on the eastbound 70th Street exit ramp from Louisiana Highway 3132 (Terry Bradshaw Passway).

He was taken to a Shreveport hospital, where he later died.
