Man who took picture on stolen phone arrested

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - The man police say took a selfie on a stolen phone is now behind bars.
Tommy Lee Beverly Jr., 27, was booked in Caddo Correctional Center on a count of armed robbery.
Police say on Tuesday, July 17 just before 1 a.m., he held a man at gunpoint in downtown Shreveport and took his money and cell phones in the 200 block of Spring Street.
He was later identified by a Crime Stoppers tip after a selfie he took showed up on the victim's cloud.
