SPD: Racing vehicles crash along I-20

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - Two drivers caught racing on Interstate 20 slammed into each other late Sunday night in Shreveport.
An off-duty officer noticed the vehicles racing westbound along I-20 around 11:30 p.m. just west of Jewella Avenue.
Police on scene say a Dodge Charger lost control and ran into a four-door Ford pickup truck causing both vehicles to roll several times.
The drivers only received minor injuries.
Police say citations are pending an investigation.
