1 person dies when 2 vehicles collide at I-220 at Airline Drive

BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) - All lanes of Airline Drive in Bossier City are back open in the wake of a wreck in which one person died.
The collision involving two vehicles happened about 2 p.m. Monday near Airline at Interstate 220.
One vehicle was traveling north on Airline and turning onto I-220 when it was struck by an oncoming vehicle, Bossier City spokeswoman Traci Landry said.
The wreck prompted the temporary closure of both southbound lanes of Airline.
