Taceauxs for Shreveport's History set Wednesday to benefit museum

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - People will be able eat delicious tacos and support a Shreveport museum at the same time.

From 4 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Parish Taceaux and the Spring Street Museum will host Taceauxs for Shreveport's History.

It's an event to benefit the museum.

People can learn about Shreveport history through interactive exhibits and old artifacts documenting the city's infamous Red Light District, Civil War history and more than 2,200 relics that tell bits and pieces of Shreveport's history at the museum.

Parish Taceaux is at 708 Texas St. in downtown Shreveport.
