(KSLA) - Police are asking people to be on the lookout for a Shreveport teenager who has been missing since Saturday.

Joseph Nunley, age unavailable, last was seen at his home about 5 p.m. that day.

Shreveport authorities are seeking help from East Texas residents as well because the boy reportedly told family members he was going home to Texas.

Police say he could be in the Harrison County city of Marshall or the community of Nesbitt, which is 7 miles west of Marshall.

Nunley last was seen wearing a gray shirt with blue sleeves, a gray hoodie, gray jogging pants and gray Nike tennis shoes.

Authorities urge anyone with any information about the youth to call Shreveport police at (318) 673-7300 or (318) 673-7020.
