Bossier Sheriff's office searching for man who stole sex toys
BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) - The Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in locating a shoplifter who nabbed several personal massage items from a Bossier City drug store on Friday.
It happened just after 4 p.m. on Friday at the CVS Pharmacy near the corner of Airline Drive and Wemple Road, according to a news release from Bossier Parish sheriff's spokesperson Bill Davis.
Store surveillance footage captured a man shopping in the "Family Planning" aisle, when he picked up a Wahl deep tissue percussion therapeutic massager, a Trojan vibrations ultra-touch intense personal massager and a Durex pleasure ring, according to a news release.
He then walked into the store's restroom with the items, and afterward left the store without any of the merchandise. Later, store employees found opened empty boxes in the restroom where the man had been minutes prior.
In total, the man got away with about $80 of merchandise.
The thief is described as being in his 20s or early 30s. He has dark hair and a light goatee with a tattoo on his upper left arm. He was waring a white, sleeveless t-shirt, dark shorts, light-colored running shoes and a dark-colored baseball cap.
Detectives have no description of his vehicle.
