AT 6: 'We are not going to let Katie die,' grandfather vows
(KSLA) - An ArkLaTex grandfather has made it his mission to urge young drivers to buckle up and put down their cellphones.
"I don't want anybody to have to go through what we're having to go through because they didn't think that they'd have to buckle up their seatbelt," Robert Fuller said.
A wreck in July 2015 took the life of his granddaughter Katie Harville.
"She was distracted and she ran off the road and hit a concrete building head-on."
