Texarkana police seek vehicle that hit pedestrian then left
A Shreveport man died within hours of a two-vehicle wreck the evening of June 2 in Shreveport.

TEXARKANA, AR (KSLA) - Texarkana, Ark., police are looking for the vehicle that struck a pedestrian.

It happened at 3 a.m. March 26 in the 2100 block of East 24th Street.

The injured person, whose identity has not been released, was taken to Wadley Regional Medical Center in Texarkana, Texas, for treatment of serious injuries.

Two people saw a white Ford Expedition or Lincoln Navigator that possibly struck the pedestrian, authorities said.

The front end of the vehicle, including the headlights, likely is damaged.
