SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - Shreveport police are looking for the person they believe is responsible for a shooting that left a man fighting for his life Monday night.
It happened just after 10:30 p.m. at the home in the 3000 block of Hillcrest Avenue.
A witness says a man, identified as Troy Davis, Jr., came to the house and met with another man, 19-year-old Anthony Johnson, there. That's when they reportedly went outside and shots were fired.
Johnson suffered a gunshot wound to the chest and was taken to the hospital with what are described as life-threatening injuries.
Police say Davis drove off in a red Ford Mustang low rider.
Anyone with any information on Davis' whereabouts is asked to call Shreveport police or Crime Tracker at 318-673-7373.
