Man's bank card, cigarettes taken in strong arm robbery

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - Shreveport police are looking for 2 males in connection with a strong arm robbery.

A pedestrian told authorities he was robbed of his bank card and cigarettes at 2 a.m. Sept. 1 while standing in the 700 block of Jordan Street.

The man said he was hit in his left jaw by one of the assailants. Officers found no injury marks to the left side of his face.

The 2 robbers last were seen fleeing on foot north on Louisiana Avenue toward Egan Street.

One was described as standing 5'9" tall and weighing 190 pounds. He was wearing a white shirt and red pants.

The other stands 6'3" tall and weighs 210 pounds. He too was wearing a white shirt but had on gray pants.
