2 suspects sought for bank robbery, burglary in Shreveport
SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - Shreveport police are asking for the public's help with finding two people wanted in connection with a variety of felonious offenses throughout the city.
Samuel Anthony Flores, 32, is said to be armed and dangerous and has been named a suspect in the armed robbery of the Pelican State Bank back on July 25. In addition, police say Flores is accused of being the gunman in a shooting that wounded another man back on August 17 in the 3300 block of New Moon Drive.
A warrant for Flores has been issued, charging him with a single count of armed robbery and attempted second-degree murder.
Police say investigators have also gathered information linking 25-year-old Jenson Prudhomme to Flores, and believe the two may be working in tandem.
Prudhomme is wanted by police on an outstanding warrant for principal to burglary of an inhabited dwelling in connection with the burglary of a Shreveport home in early August.
Authorities say they believe the pair may attempt to hide out in wooded areas near Heflin, Louisiana.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of these fugitives is urged to call Crime Stoppers at 318-673-7373 or on the group's website www.lockemup.org.
A reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of one or both of these suspects.
