The victim told police she was approached by 23-year-old Breana Starks and another woman as she was walking to her car. An argument broke out and it quickly turned into a physical altercation between the three women.

Police say the victim grabbed a box cutter from her vehicle and began to defend herself against the other two women. She says the second woman stole cash from her before they fled.
