Texarkana, AR businessman charged with conspiracy to commit capital murder

TEXARKANA, AR (KSLA) - A Texarkana businessman facing a charge of conspiracy to commit capital murder is out of jail.

According to the prosecuting attorney, Stephanie Black, the owner of the Tri-Strate Pawnshop in Texarkana, AR turned himself in Friday afternoon.

The prosecuting attorney reports that 44-year-old William Duffer bonded out at $100,000.

The case is being investigated by the Texarkana Arkansas Police Department.
