Man stabbed in ear, suspect confesses

LEWISVILLE, AR (KSLA) - Lafayette County Sheriff's Office and Arkansas State Police have arrested a suspect who stabbed a Lewisville, Arkansas man in the ear.

James Langston was airlifted to a Little Rock hospital Thursday night with a brain aneurysm. A CAT scan later determined Langston was stabbed in the left ear.

Lafayette County Sheriff's Office obtained a search warrant for a residence on County Road 44 after receiving a call from Little Rock Police at 8:45 p.m. Thursday.

Police say there were two people at the residence and several items were found pertaining to the crime.

Zebulon Aaron was arrested for first degree battery and a bond of $100,000.00 was set. Aaron confessed to the crime.

This is an ongoing investigation by Lafayette County Sheriff's Office and Arkansas State Police.
