Continuing rain fall on Sunday left 900 people without power within the Financial Plaza area of Shreveport.

Crews have been working within the area to restore power since 8:05 Sunday morning.

Other outages are scattered throughout Louisiana and Texas due to the weather.

The remnants of Hurricane Patricia have caused 1,200 power outages in Louisiana.

The ADP Southwestern Power Company reports that 3,000 of its customers are currently without power.

More outages are expected as a result of wind gusts and falling wet tree limbs.

Meteorologists on staff at ADP are prepared for more outage reports as the rainy weather continues.
