Robbery in Shreveport leads to stabbing

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - A man is recovering after being stabbed during an alleged robbery in Shreveport's Mooretown neighborhood Tuesday morning.

The victim tells police he walked out of his home in the 4200 block of Jacobs Street when 2 men approached him and demanded money.

During the robbery, the victim says one suspect stabbed him in the back.

The men reportedly got away with an unknown amount of money and the victim's cell phone.

The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries.

No arrests have been made.
