Fire destroys Bossier City mobile home, cause under investigation
BOSSIER CITY, LA (KSLA) - Fire destroyed a vacant mobile home in Bossier City Tuesday night.
According to city spokesperson Mark Natale, the fire department was called to the home in the 600 block of Kelly St. around 8 p.m.
Natale says the first unit on the scene arrived within 4 minutes and reported heavy flames coming from the structure, and it took firefighters about 20 minutes to put fire out.
Although the mobile home was vacant, it did have electricity.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
