Funeral arrangements set for Shreveport toddler shot in head

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - Funeral arrangements have been set for a Shreveport toddler who died two days after being shot in the head.

Services for Paris Hill will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 22 at Praise Temple Full Gospel Baptist Cathedral at 4725 Greenwood Road in Shreveport. Following services, Hill will be laid to rest at Lincoln Memorial Park.

Friends can drop off flowers from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday at Heavenly Gates Funeral Home at 1339 Jewell Street in Shreveport.

The family has setup a GoFundMe account to help cover funeral expenses.

Paris was rushed to University Health on Friday by her parents, who told police she had been shot by an unknown intruder who entered their home in the 2700 block of Devaughn St. just before noon.

Neighbors reported hearing gunshots and seeing a white car drive away.

On Sunday, Paris succumbed to her injuries.

So far, police have not made an arrest in the case.
