SHREVEPORT (KSLA)- A Grand Jury indicted three people in the 1st degree murder of Ernest Luttrell Thursday in Caddo Parish Court.

27 year old Erick Crain, 44 year old Tina Vanmoerkerque, and 70 year old Loretta "Bobbie" Luttrell will now officially face murder charges for the shooting death of 73 year old Luttrell.

Mrs. Luttrell told detectives on Sunday, July 25, 2010, that she arrived home from church to find her husband dead, his truck missing, and several firearms gone from their home. But detectives say Mrs. Luttrell arranged for her husband's murder by hiring a hit man, Erick Crain, with the help of a family friend, Tina VanMoerkerque.

Crain and VanMoerkerque were arrested earlier that week as part of the investigation.

All three are scheduled to be in court on October 18th.
