CADDO PARISH, LA (KSLA) –  Caddo Parish investigators have made a second arrest in the murder of 73-year-old Ernest Luttrell.  Forty-four year old Tina VanMoerkerque is in the Caddo Correctional Center on a first degree murder charge.  Investigators say VanMoerkerque did housekeeping and ran errands for the Luttrell family.  Deputies arrested Erick Crain on a first degree murder charge on Tuesday.  Investigators say she admitted to knowing Crain, driving him to Luttrell's house, and instructing Crain about how to get into the house and commit robbery.  Luttrell was found dead in his home on Greenwood-Springridge Road on Sunday.   The investigation into this case continues.
