Shreveport woman charged with arson

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) – A Shreveport woman is facing up to 20 years in jail after being accused of setting a house on fire on Sunday.
21-year-old Eureka Black was arrested by Shreveport Fire Investigators on Monday. Black is accused of setting a house on fire on West 75th Street on Sunday.
Fire crews say when they arrived on the scene, they found parts of the living room carpet burned.
Black faces a charge of aggravated arson.
