Mary Margaret Ellison

Mary Margaret is a sports reporter at KALB. She joined in June of 2022.

Mary Margaret graduated from North Greenville University in Tigerville, SC in April of 2022. She was born in Greenville, SC and raised in Easley, SC.

She worked for NGU Athletics as a sideline reporter and directed athletic broadcasts. She was also a part of NGU Vision Media, the news station on campus.

Mary Margaret has always had an interest in sports and played basketball for many years. She was born and raised a Clemson fan, Go Tigers! When basketball season rolls around the UConn Lady Huskies and Gonzaga Bulldogs are the teams she will be watching and pulling for.

In her spare time, Mary Margaret enjoys finding new coffee shops, going on runs, working out, spending time with friends and family and hanging out with her cat, Winston.

She is excited to tell the unique stories of coaches and athletes as she explores Central Louisiana.
