Texarkana streets flooded, homes with up to three feet of water reported

TEXARKANA, Ark. (KSLA) - First responders in Texarkana are dealing with high water on Wednesday morning following heavy rain.
According to the Texarkana Arkansas Fire Department, multiple streets are flooded. A flash flood warning is issued for Bowie, Miller and Cass counties until 9 a.m.
Crews have rescued stranded drivers in high water. Most crews are performing rescues for stranded drivers.
Homes in affected areas have up to three feet of water inside.
Some families have been relocated.
