On the road in Texarkana getting a first-hand look driving in these dangerous conditions

TEXARKANA, Texas (KLTV) - Road crews and drivers are using lessons learned from people 13 hours and 900 miles to the north of us to stay safe.

KLTV’s Bob Hallmark has returned from a trip to the Midwest and shares how things looked on the road.
