Shreveport man accused of murder

He is charged with 1 count each of second-degree murder, attempted first-degree murder

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) — A 20-year-old Shreveport man is accused of murder and attempted murder.

Tremarcus Tyree Rashard McKenney was arrested at 3 p.m. Monday, Feb. 1, and booked into the Shreveport City Jail about a half hour later, booking records show.

He has been charged with one count each of second-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder.

McKenney now is being held in Caddo Correctional Center, where he was transferred and booked at 7:18 p.m. the same day.

His bonds have been set at $350,000 on the charge of second-degree murder and $150,000 on the charge of attempted first-degree murder.
