SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) — An investigation into the sexual assault of a child has led to the discovery of another victim, authorities say.

In early August, Shreveport police received a complaint about the sexual assault of a child. That led sex crime investigators to arrest Martin on Aug. 13 on a charge of molestation of a juvenile under the age of 13.

He was transferred the next day to Caddo Correctional, where records show he was booked at 4:22 a.m. on the molestation charge and on one count each of:

His bonds total $32,500.

Then detectives received information Oct. 26 about the sexual assault of another child, police Cpl. Glen Heckard said.

Now Martin faces an additional charge of molestation of a juvenile under the age of 13.
