Several Highland residents without power

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Under 200 people are without power in Shreveport’s Highland neighborhood.
According to a spokesperson with SWEPCO, the outage spans home in the Kings Highway and Cresswell area.
The cause of the outage is caused by an equipment malfunction. The outage began before 1 a.m. this morning.
Crews are working to restore power at this time, and aim to have service restored by 7 a.m.
