The agency closed its doors March 19 amid the spread of the coronavirus in the state.
Governor John Bel Edwards has waived some violations to account for the time lost.
The OMV staff will be answering calls remotely.
The phone lines open at 8 a.m. and will close at 4 p.m.
You still cannot access any of the start offices in person.
