ESPN: Zeke offered new contract that would make him second highest-paid RB in NFL; no deal yet

DALLAS (KLTV) - The Dallas Cowboys have reportedly offered running back Ezekiel Elliott a new contract.

According to sources speaking with ESPN, Zeke will be the second-highest paid running back in the NFL if he takes the deal. No agreement has been formally announced by the team at this point.

The sum could be around $57M, according to some sources. That would make Zeke second only to the LA Rams’ Todd Gurley.
