MARSHALL, Tx. (KSLA) - A prayer vigil in Marshall will allow residents to pay their respects to the most recent victims of last weekend's mass shootings.
A prayer vigil will begin at 5:30 p.m. at the Marshall Fire Department.
Participants will have the chance to sign cards that will be given to mayors and first responders in Dayton, Ohio and El Paso Texas.
Those in attendance will be allowed to voice concerns about gun laws in the United States.
