SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Shreveport police are on the lookout for a blue Honda with temporary tags.

The car is believed to have struck a child on a bicycle, authorities say.

The hit-and-run accident happened at 6:34 p.m. Thursday at Greenwood Road at Greenwood Lane, Caddo 911 dispatch records show.

The car last was seen headed east toward Curtis Lane, Officer Christina Curtis said.

There’s no immediate word on how badly the child was hurt.
