Showers and storms will remain isolated and non-severe through Monday. A strong storm system and cold front moving in on Tuesday will ramp up the storm chances and bring a risk of severe weather back to the ArkLaTex.

All of the ArkLaTex is included in the most recent severe weather outlook for Tuesday. Areas along and north of I-20 have the highest risk of seeing severe storms.

Right now the primary concern appears to be the potential for strong damaging wind gusts. The chances for seeing tornadoes, large hail or flooding appear low at this time.

The latest hour-by-hour forecast with Futuretrack shows a narrow line of storms arriving toward midday across parts of SE Oklahoma and east Texas. Storms will start to wind down as we head into the evening hours.
