Apartment fire draws more than 2 dozen units

SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - The Shreveport Fire Department responded to the King’s Manor Apartments on David Raines Street around 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 17.
A huge plume of smoke could be seen coming from the apartment complex.
Officials say there were no injuries and displaced families will be taken to nearby apartments for the night.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
