Shreveport ranked worst U.S. city to start a career

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - After some extensive research, a new study released by Wallet Hub sheds light on the best and worst cities to begin a career.

At the top of the list for the best city, Salt Lake City, Utah takes the 2019 trophy.

As for the last and worst city on the list, Shreveport, Louisiana takes the mark.

According to Wallet Hub, each city was examined based on 29 key metrics including openings of entry-level jobs, monthly average starting salary and workforce diversity.
