NW LA teacher faces two counts of sexual conduct with a student

CLAIBORNE PARISH, LA (KSLA) - A Minden woman was arrested on two counts of prohibited sexual conduct between a teacher and student Thursday, May 9.

Sarah E. Kozar, 25, was arrested following an investigation by the Claiborne Parish Sheriff’s office.

Kozar is a teacher at Mt. Olive Christian School in Athens, according to Claiborne Parish Sheriff Ken Bailey. According to the school’s website, she teaches choir and fine arts.

No word if Kozar is still employed by the school at this time.

Kozar was booked to the CPDC and released after posting bail.
