The weekend ahead may be the nicest of the spring season so far! Expect plenty of sunshine with cool mornings followed by pleasantly warm afternoons. Our next shot at rain and storms holds off until around the middle of next week.
Showers will end by this evening with clear skies coming in tonight. There will be a chill in the air as temperatures fall into the low to mid 40s by morning. Sunshine is on the way for Saturday. Temperatures will warm nicely into the mid 70s by afternoon.
Easter Sunday looks just as nice as Saturday. We’ll start off cool enough for a jacket for sunrise services. Temperatures will be in the low to mid 50s to start the day. Expect only a few clouds during the day. We’ll still see plenty of sunshine through the afternoon. Temperatures will warm to around 80 later in the day.
Clouds will increase a bit more to start the new work week, but most of us will stay dry Monday and perhaps Tuesday as well. By midweek a slow moving storm system will spread showers and storms back across the area. Severe weather looks questionable right now, but we’ll let you know if that looks like it will become a concern. We’ll likely stay unsettled through Friday, but may get rain out of the area in time for next weekend.
Have a great Easter weekend!
