Gunman on the loose after shooting nephew multiple times

The Shreveport Police Department are investigating a late night shooting that left a man in serious, but non-life threatening condition.

Police were called to the 3500 block of Judson Street at 11 o’clock Wednesday night.

Officers on scene tell KSLA News 12 that a man was shot four times in the upper and lower torso after an argument inside of a home, and was later taken to a local hospital for treatment.

According to Shreveport Police Chief Ben Raymond, the suspect is believed to be the victim’s uncle, Luther Lee Wilson, Jr., and possibly has mental issues.

Police also say the suspect was last seen in a sliver Buick with a Texas tag.
