The Bossier Shreveport Mudbugs knew that to win the CHL's Northeast Division they were going to have to beat Mississippi. The Bugs and RiverKings will play 6 times during the final 10 games of the regular season, and game one didn't go so well for the Bugs as they fell to Mississippi 4-1 at the CenturyTel Center Tuesday night. The game was tied at 1-1 heading into the 3rd period before the RiverKings struck for three goals. That drops the Bugs five points behind Mississippi in the division with 9 games to go. Up next for Bossier-Shreveport is a home date with Wichita Friday night followed by another matchup with Mississippi Saturday night at the CTC.
