A Bossier City traffic stop lands two behind bars for drugs.

BOSSIER CITY, La. (KSLA)- Bossier Sheriff'S deputies have arrested two people on a variety of drug charges.

24 year old Thomas Dooley Jr., of Dubberly, La. and 21-year-old Angela M. Gibson of Minden, La. were arrested Wednesday after deputies stopped Dooley for speeding.

Deputies searched Dooley's vehicle and found a small bag of marijuana, several marijuana roaches, rolling papers and a 7mm rifle in the back seat.

Both Dooley and Gibson are being charged with possession of a firearm with a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dooley faces additional charges of no driver's license, speeding and being a convicted felon with a firearm and a controlled substance.

Dooley and Gibson are now at the Bossier Maximum Security Facility with bond pending.
