Romo out up to four weeks with broken pinkie

Tony Romo will miss up to four weeks with a broken pinkie finger on his right hand, an injury he suffered during the Cowboys 30-24 loss to Arizona on Sunday.  Brad Johnson will take over as the Cowboys starting quarterback, and he will have to go to work without another big offensive weapon as rookie running back Felix Jones will also be out up to four weeks with a partially torn hamstring.
