SHREVEPORT, LA (KSLA) - Caddo Parish sheriff's deputies say a group of suspected car burglars apparently had help-from the car owners, themselves.

They say all of the burglaries at the South View Estates mobile home park on Mansfield Road involved vehicles with doors left unlocked.  The property is just down the road from the sheriff's south substation.

A deputy responding to a call about the break-ins around 2:40 a. m. Wednesday spotted the four suspects nearby.  Investigators say they were still carrying some of the evidence with them.

"Car stereos and a handgun, a 45 caliber handgun," said Dep. Michael Fort.   "We made contact with the victims and later found out that more items were missing."

Deputies arrested Daniel House, 25, and Chase Peterson, 17, along with a 16- and a 14-year old boy.
