HOWARD COUNTY, AR (KSLA) - The husband and sister-in-law of a murdered Howard County store clerk now stand accused of helping to plot and carry out her death.

Howard County deputies, Nashville Police officers and the Arkansas State Police arrested Wyouman David Camp of Stamps, AR and JoAnn Hicks of Ogden, AR and Texarkana, TX Tuesday morning. Both face a charge of Accomplice to First Degree Murder in connection with the death of Robin Camp.

A customer found Robin Camp's body on May 26 inside the Nashville Family Dollar store.

Police believe David Camp, the victim's husband, and Hicks, Camp's sister, solicited Harry Surber to kill Robin Camp. Surber, who at one time dated Hicks, already faces charges related to the crime.

Police think David Camp and Hicks also helped Surber plan and carry out the murder.

Camp and Hicks remain in the Howard County Jail on a $750,000 bond. They'll be arraigned on Wednesday morning.
