HOWARD COUNTY, AR (KSLA) - Howard County authorities have made an arrest in connection with the May 26th death of a Nashville store clerk.
Thirty-seven-year-old Harry Eugene Suber of Ashdown was arrested for the murder of Robin Camp. Her body was found by customers inside the Nashville Family Dollar store where she worked. An autopsy showed she died from two gunshot wounds to the head.
Suber, who works for the City of Ashdown, was arrested without incident Tuesday morning. He remains in the Howard County Jail on a $500,000 bond. Ninth West Circuit Court Prosecuting Attorney Tom Cooper said an exact murder charge has not been determined, but it will be before Surber's arraignment on June 18th.
Howard County Sheriff Butch Morris said the investigation into the murder is continuing and witnesses are still being interviewed. Nashville Police and Arkansas State Police are also working with the investigation.
