Police find marijuana field in Miller Cty.

MILLER COUNTY, AR (KSLA) - Authorities found a marijuana field Tuesday in Miller County, Arkansas.

At least two pick-up trucks full of marijuana was carried from the site near a deer camp right around the Miller-Lafayette County Line.

With the help of a National Guard helicopter, officers were able to fly above and spot several patches of marijuana growing in clear cut areas.

Officials tell KSLA News 12 their main priority was trying to keep the plants from being processed and hitting the streets.

Authorities do have an idea who is behind the drug crops, but say they can not make any arrests just yet.
