Shreveport Teen Arrested For Firing Gun After Argument

A Shreveport teen is in trouble for firing a gun after an argument with another group of teens.

It happened Wednesday afternoon in the 2400 block of Malcom Street.

Police say the teen went home and grabbed a gun after losing the fight. Moments later, neighbors heard shots ring out.

A van nearby was hit, but no one was hurt.

After a brief chase on foot, police caught up with the teen, who will face charges for illegal discharge of a weapon.
