Shreveport Police Not Sure Where Attack on Woman Happened

Shreveport police now say they're not sure where the Tuesday morning attack and kidnapping of a woman happened.
Natasha Casey, 29, a Shreveport resident, told officers she was leaving Full Moon Bistro on Texas Street after 1:00 a. m. Tuesday when a man approached her, beat her, forced her into her own vehicle and then left her in Bossier City.
Casey then made her way to a Circle K store in the 7900 block of E. Texas in Bossier City where an employee called for help.
She was taken to LSU hospital by ambulance and underwent surgery.  According to family members, Casey lost an eye as a result of the attack.
Detectives, however, say they've received conflicting information about the incident and they're not sure whether this is actually a case for them or Bossier City detectives.
"We don't know where the incident happened and we don't really know specifically what happened," said Kacee Hargrave, spokesperson for the Shreveport Police Department.  "I mean, we don know something happened to her because we know she has severe facial injuries."
Casey told officers her attacker drove off in her black, four-door, 2002 Hyundai Elantra.  It has a Louisiana license plate of LND 381.
Police still have no located the car, and they ask anyone who knows where it is, or has information about the case to call the Shreveport Police Department at (318) 673-7300, or Crimestoppers at (318) 673-7373.
